EaseMyTrip.com — Refunds not received against re-schedule of flights since last 6 Months | |||
Sir, I booked flight ticket against booking ID : EMT69592160, 27th Jan, 2020. Complaint Reference : 1.[protected] April 2020. 2. 3935513 March 2020. Due to Covid-19 conditions, the airlines offered us free rescheduling, we did the same. As the re-scheduled flight rates were decreased. Airlines Indigo has initiated refunds. We made sure with Indigo that the refunds are released almost 4 Months back to "Easemytrip". Easemytrip, since last four months while communicating through different means, not responding properly to our genuine query. Only response we received is "Refunds are not possible", while asking for reason they become un replied. I have provided all the evidences including, revised fare e-ticket, mentioning refund amount, still no positive response. I have been fade up chasing such people. Since they clearly know, they are doing wrong, ease way to become silent and escape. I still believe that "easemytrip" being known for good positive, supportive response will not let my faith down further. Please do the needful. Was this information helpful? | |||
