I had booked 2 tickets on 13th december from raipur to mumbai of 17th january 2020. Paymemt was successfully debited from my credit card but tickets are not booked or issued by easemytrip. I tried calling several times but on their customer care but they failed to connect my call to their respective executives. Even i have mailed with this issue but there is no response from their side. Rs 6668 spent on your canara card * * * at payu payments pvt lt on[protected] at 19:08:41 hrs.
