[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — wrong information regarding refunds

I booked a ticket for 16th april 2020 with air india from easemytrip although the flight got cancelled and i done the process as told by the company for refunds. Now they are saying i hav'nt cancelled the ticket yet. I am attaching a screenshot of mail what i received by the company. I need my full refunds and proper details as they are not replying with a genuine answer. Already aviation minister said company should give full refund as who so ever booked the ticket in this lockdown periods. Please help me out here. +2 photos Was this information helpful?
