[Resolved] Easemytrip — flight ticket refund not provided after so much time and so much mail/call | |
We have booked our indigo flight tickets through easymytrip. Due to corona effect, indigo has given option of rescheduling of flights so we did. As per indigo mail they have refunded money to easymytrip due to price difference and also confirm through mail and phone call. Now after so much follow up, easemytrip do not give us refund which they have already got on 15th march of 2020. It is more than 1.5 months and we are still struggling to get refund.
