[Resolved] Easemytrip — No Refund - No Ticket Booked | |||
Hi, I tried booking a ticket on 31st july through easemytrip.com. Money got deducted my account but no ticket was booked, customer care representative told me that my refund is already processed and will be done in 3 working days. I called up again on 5th July, they said it'll be done by 6th July. when I called today they said the refund is not yet processed. we'll have to initiate it now. even after asking repetedly they are not giving me any request# and saying "you'll recieve an email in 10 minutes" I did not get any email from them yet.
