[Resolved] Easemytrip — payment done but booking under process | |||||
I have done booking for pune_delhi_pune air india. Payment is deducted from my account but easemytrip says booking pending. When i checked through air india help desk, they said booking is done only for pune_delhi. Easemytrip customer care number does not work as always. When contacted through whatsapp only reply i get is we will get back to you. Now i do not know if i need to book another ticket for return. By the time easemytrip comes back with excuse, ticket price will be already high. They should at least come back immediately and update customer about status of booking so that i can plan further.
