    I asked via mail to EASEMYTRIP customer care on 14th Nov to reschedule my flight of 21st Nov 2:30 am Muscat to Mumbai AIR INDIA and shift my ticket to 28th Nov 3:25 am Muscat to Mumbai AIR INDIA. I did the payment of difference on 14th Nov via the payment link on mail. Till 17th Nov, I kept mailing them to send the updated ticket details which they didn't. Now my friend called the toll free number as I am out of India and cannot call on toll free India number, they sent an email to pay extra 2703 money which is 17th Nov's rate. Why should I pay after 3 days more money when I had done the payment on time on 14th Nov with that day's rate.

      I have booked flight ticket on EaseMyTrip on[protected] from Bangalore to Trivandrum (DOJ: 15/11/2021) with an amount of 5, 292.00 with flexi plus fare. After that I have rescheduled the journey date to 16/11/2021 by paying an additional amount of 398.00 Rs, hence my total payed amount becomes 5, 690.00 Rs.

      Then I have cancelled my ticket on 11/11/2021 and your team has deducted an amount of 2658 (Airline penalty = 1000, EMT cancellation service charge= 600, initial booking 330 per pax = 660 and Reschedule Charges 199 per pax = 398) and again they have deducted 398.00 Rs. That means they have deducted Reschedule Charges 2 times from my ticket.

      Regarding this issue I have started mailing from 11/11/2021 onwards, At first they have said, my refund amount is 1, 516.00, then have corrected it as 3, 032.00, after that they have credited me 2, 634.00. Now they stops responding to my mails.

              I Booked BLR - GOA-BLR onward 10th Feb 2022 and return 13th Feb 2022 but after making the payment the booking shows the return flight as 13th March instead of Feb and my friend also booked for the same flight and he also got the wrong return flight of 13th March, there is something wrong in the booking system or this is fraud.

                I booked flight ticket from Bangalore to Mumbai for 9th Dec 2020 on 9th Nov 2020 around 8 pm, amount hot deducted from my bank but i didn't recieved any ticket or confirmation. They have not notified it is failed or successful. This is very bad experience i want my refund back. Tried to call on their customer care but didn't get any response. Attached screenshot of payment done.

                    Today i have booked a round trip flight tickets from lucknow to Goa. My 15, 286 rupees has deducted from my account (google pay). Payment status is showing successfull but it's more than 10 hours. My ticket status is showing still pending. I just want to confirm my tickets. No one is giving satisfactory reply in customer care calls on easemytrip customer care support.

                          My Varanasi to Kolkata flight got rescheduled and there was no intimation to me over email, call or sms. I turned up at Varanasi Airport at 7pm and informed by airport authority that there was no such flight. While calling GoFirst airways they said that it got rescheduled and intimation has been send to tour travel agent easemytrip, it is their responsibility to inform you. Whereas easemytrip is saying all details has been provided to gofirst and it their responsibility now. It is being ball passing happening now between two. I have been mentally harassed and to reach home for medical ground. Need your help to get it sorted asap.
                          Apart from flight fare also require additional cost of 2700 INR which I need to spend additionally.
                          My PNR number is TB34MT, Varanasi to Kolkata Flight.

                            Yesterday i booked a train ticket. I paid amount and my amount get debited from my bank and easemytrip page stucked with the processing icon but after long wait not get any confirmation, and also the amount has been debited from my account through canara bank, i have call about 10 times for refund but still no refund received and when ever i call, it takes hours to connect with sales and support team.plz refund my amount. 🙏

                              72 hours already over ...thats why iam say you are cheating to customer..your company truthness already broken ...iam also working in a travel agency...in my agency all airindia pax got their refund ..only your customer haven't get refund.. that's you negative point ..you don't try...you already sent email to airindia..did you enquire why they didn't give reply??please tell me...my dear...please give correct answer...your are delaying..please tell your sales team to call airindia and ask for my refund... donot cheat any...airindia processed refund on october.they says that cancel RA refund and initiate system refund ...ease my trip is one of cheatest app in india...i never recommend to any one...you have interest to buy money from customer and not interested for give back as a refund a say fake advice to customer...i will wait till today evening as per your 72 hours completion for updation..other wise iam file a consumer complaint against you cheatness.One of your Exicutive say" will give an update with in 72 hours" i have proof of voice call record and whattsapp chat..if you don't know about refund don't say to customer, customer belive you...i don't believe any one from ease my trip you are changing time to time...

                              I had booked my return ticket with easemytrip from male to mumbai dated 22nd march 2023 on air india airline. on 20th march (5:55pm) i received an email from easemytrip saying that my flight is cancelled due to technical reasons. thereafter i got a call from mr samrat who confirmed to me over the phone that my flight has been cancelled and that i need to book a fresh ticket which they sold me for a much higher fare.
                              they promised me a full refund as they said the flight has been cancelled from airline side.

                              however upon return i received a partial refund and i have been charged a cancellation fees from both air india and www.easemytrip.com.

                              they are not providing me with my deserved refund of amount 28000.

                              do not work with www.easemytrip.com

                              they have done this to many customers. this is their typical stunt to make money from innocent customers.

                                I had bought a ticket from Vistara airlines from Delhi to Leh(PNR no.PN 69qB).The flight was cancelled due to COVID pandemic.It was bought via my agent Ease my trip.According to Verdict of honourable Supreme Court, they were bound to give me full return.I had claimed for full return.But they gave me parial return.Please do the needful.

                                      Hello team,
                                      I tired to book a flight ticket from Hyderabad to Chandigarh at 12:00 a.m. 27 October, 2021 for two passengers. I made a payment using NetBanking and the amount got debited but there was no redirection to booking confirmation page on the app(which usually occur on successful payment), and when i called the customer care they said they didn't receive any money and the ticket is not confirmed.
