Address: Agartala Airport.

I have booked a ticket on 14.04.2021 for Flight No. 6E2271 for travel date 23.04.2021 from Delhi to Agartala for Sri Ankur Chakraboty which was cancelled by me on 20.04.2021 as Ankur was not in a position to travelon that day . But till date the refund amount of Rs. 1402/= is not credited to my account .
The Indigo Customer Relations informed me on 06.05.2021 when lodged a complaint regarding refund which is quoted below :
"With reference to your email, we would like to confirm that under the booking reference number NPWJNK, we have refunded an amount of INR 1402 to the virtual ID of the travel agency. Please contact concerned travel agency for further refund" unquote
Pls remit my refund amount amount of Rs. 1402?- immeditely .

    I had booked Bhubaneswar to Bangalore through AIRASIA flight
    I5-1565 (BBI-BLR) PNR: PVM7RV on 11th April, 2021 at 15:30 Hrs through EaseMyTrip.com
    Airasia had preponed the time and changed the flight route through Pune, so I had cancelled the flight for the entire party of 5 members.
    AirAsia had confirmed the cancellation and sent a mail stating that full refund will be sent to the company through which this booking has been made. So I request you to send me the entire refund amount.

        Please look into the detail of my ticket.. I have paid around 2970 extra through your website.. for zero cancellation.. It was even confirmed by your customer team regarding the same.. Hence before replying please look into the matter.. Just don't reply in vague ..

        I have no role to contact airlines, my focal point is easemytrip... U need to solve the issue else.

        I was not insane to pay 2970 extra, just to get a refund of 1920 against a whopping amount of 17102/-

        I want this issue to be resolved at the earliest.

          Easemytrip trying to play games / gimmicks to pocket the booking amount entirely, despite having lower cancellation charges from Airlines.

          Prior booking, the eticket was marked REFUNDABLE in GREEN letters.

          After cancellation from Air India, Easemytrip tried refusing my cancellation. despite PNR cancelled from airlines.

          They are keenly trying their level best to pocket FULL amount, rather than honouring the marginal Airlines Cancellation charges.

          WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with Easemytrip, never in my LIFE again!!

              I have booked my vistara flight from Del to Lko for the date 16.04.2021 but due to covid positive symptoms, I have to cancel my flight .                 The booking was for Pune to Kolkata o 9.4.21. The booking was cancelled. The refund has not yet been made.
                I had several round of talks with your customer care executives ( Arban, Akanksha) and several round of exchange of emails with Madam Salini, Madam Roopmati, Madam Priya, Madam Shivani over the issue.                   This is to inform that I have a flight from DUbai to Bangalore on 27th April and since 24th April, I'm trying to reschedule the flight because of the COVID situation.

                  Tried calling the help line, they suggested me to write a mail with the desired date, I wrote a mail on 23rd April, but received response saying to visit website with step by step instruction to reschedule my flight. Tried doing the same with different dates...

                  out of 12682 rs they make refund of 7070rs only.
                  OK, but ease my trip giving me refund of 2070 rs only'
                  Your call center contact told me this refund is calculated on "NO SHOW" basis, totally wrong as Icancelled my ticket on 17/04 and my travel date was 22/04/21.

                    My booking ID is EMT69956511
                    I had booked ticket of date 6th April 2020, due to lockdown airline cancelled flight and gave me open ticket (I have physical copy from Airindia).
                    But when i went to reschedule my flight Airindia told that Easemytrip has already cancelled this flight and we refunded the full ticket amount on May-2020.
                    So Easemytrip cancelled my open ticket and didnt even informed me about this, they kept booking amount for almost 1 year and didnt informed me.
                    Now when I asked for refund they deducted convenience fees + Airline
                    Cancellation Charges + Cancellation Service Fees. while DGCA has already passed rule that there will be full refund.
                    This is a fraud which Easemytrip is doing.

                      On the 26th of February 2020, I had booked return flight tickets sector Goa-Dubai-Goa for the 2nd of April 2020 through EaseMyTrip. The booking was confirmed for 2 Passengers and the booking ID was EMT71168750.
                      The total purchase price was Rs.37, 802.00 which was paid by debit card and receipt thereof acknowledged.
                      Due to the Pandemic Lockdown and subsequent cancellations of flights I was not able to travel to my destination
                      My refund was processed on the 28th of March 2021, and thereafter I was sent a message on my cell phone which read
                      Airlines cancellation fee -0
                      EMT service fee -0,

                      However when I checked the refund amount which was credited to my account, I realised that I was paid a total of Rs 36, 196.00 which is exactly Rs 1, 606.00 less than what I had originally paid for my tickets.

                      Kindly explain as to how you have paid me Rs 1, 606.00 less considering that as per directives of the Supreme court of India order which had stated that “the value by credit shell will be enhanced by 0.50% per month (6% per annum) till June 30, 2020, and thereafter till March 31, 2021, by 0.75% per month (9% per annum). The Apex court had mentioned that only the airlines in financial distress could issue credit shell vouchers till March 31, 2021. After this, the airlines will have to refund the credit shell amount with such enhanced value”. I will be obliged if you could kindly settle the balance as per the above directives and oblige. I received your immediate reply on the 21st of April 2021. stating that as one-time courtesy, You have initiated the process to refund convenience fees in your corresponding mode of payment. However, I regret to inform you that till date no such refund has been received. Kindly do the needful at your earliest

                            Money Got Deducted but Ticket is not confirmed

                            I tired to book a flight ticket from Guwahati to Agartala at 13.00 hrs on 21st April, 2021. I tired to complete the payment via Gpay 1st time the app didn't recognize my fingerprint as my fingertip was wet, i couldn't make the payment, so i went back to the easemytrip app and tried again vai Gpay, this time i gave my upi id and money got deducted i even received a reward card in Gpay (later that turned out to be better luck next time) but...

                                Dear Sir,
                                I have booked flight for Bagdogra to New Delhi for dated 17.04.2021 vide booking ID EMT79859868 PNR J8JQY but wrongly it was booked for dated 17.06.2021. Due to wrong date booking I have immediately cancelled the tickets within one hour of booking on the same day and spoke to executive of Easemytrip and Air India regarding cancellation. They have intimated that if you cancelled the flight with in 24 hrs of booking full refund will be admissible as per refund policy. Now I have received a refund of Rs. 2385/- after deducting Rs. 9075/- as airline cancellation charge . I have mailed to booking agency I e easemytrip regarding full refund, but they have harassing me in this regard.

                                You are requested to kindly lookinto the matter and instruct the airline to refund the full amount as the cancellation is within one hours of booking

                                  My flight with Qatar Airways for flight date 31 Jan 2021 from Pune-Del-Doha-Montreal was cancelled by airline on 29 Jan 2021 (booked on 5 Jan 2021). I applied for refund on EaseMYtrip Portal on 2 Feb 2021. I was told the standard process takes 28 days. I waited untill 3 March 2021 when Mr. Sunil Verma committed 20-25 days to resolve the issue. Today it is 4 April and I still havent received the refund.

                                  The Agent claims that airline has not refunded, The airline says that agent has not applied for a refund, how can we process the refund.

                                  I want a refund for full amount (full accepted by Airline) of Rs. 45500/-.

                                    Refer to the above subject matter, I have booked my ticket from your site on 23.03.2021, transaction id no- EMT81630657 .
                                    After few hrs I have canceled the booking due to personal reasons, but still I have not received the refund amount . Today I tele talked with your customer Care regarding the Refund, he informed me that it will not refund without any reason, you people are misguiding and doing fraud with customer .
                                    Hope you understand that the matter Refund the same amount against cancelation.
