Hi All,
I booked a Vistara ticket, PNR MAU9GA for 2nd April 2020 for Rs 5558/- from EaseMyTrip. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic flights got canceled. When called EaseMyTrip they asked to contact the airlines for a refund. Earlier Vistara was not giving a full refund but now Vistara stated I am eligible for a full refund and immediately initiated the full refund for the flight booking to the agency (EaseMyTrip). I informed EaseMyTrip about the refund from the airline and asked them to send the money to the original payment gateway. But EaseMyTrip sends a partial refund of Rs 4714/- that too in the EaseMyTrip wallet. When I asked about the issue, EaseMyTrip told me they deducted the convenience fee and some other charges. I contacted EaseMyTrip so many times and they are stating they can't give a full refund. Kindly help me to get my hard-earned money.

    I submitted a complaint on 5th March regarding refund or rebooking of Paris to New Delhi Air India flight. The reply I got from Easemytrip is that I have to pay a reissue charge of more than Rs 4000/-. This is ridiculous as the flight was cancelled by airlines and therefore the airlines and the travel agent are supposed to refund the whole amount or arrange for rebooking without any additional cost. I am ready for both. But not ready for paying any additional amount as it is not my fault to cancel the ticket.

      I have booked a ticket through easemytrip.com today on 7pm Varanasi to Kolkata dated 13th of march. The amount which i was supposed to pay has been deducted from my bank account but i didnot recieved any confirmation and after calling to the easemytrip helpline number i got to know that the payment was not recieved yet. But after 45 to 50 minutes i got a call from Nikhil Sharma that they recieved the payment and whether to confirm the booking or not. As I already bought a ticket from indigo so i told them to cancel and was informed that i will be getting the full refund after they initiate the process within 5 to 7 working days and i will be notified with a mail of initiation process within 9pm but still i haven't recieved any mail and also i am continuously trying to reach them but the line is busy. So i want some serious response regarding my issue. and the ticket was being booked in the name of Shankhadeep Chattopadhyay and the mail id that has been given during the bookin is [protected]@gmail.com. I am providing all the information so that i will a mail as soon as possible.
      This a very careless way of dealing with customers and also very disappointing.

        Reg : My Reservation with Srilankan Airlines for travel from Doha to Chennai - PNR:OOASHD- For travel on March 26, 2020.

        This flight was cancelled due to pandemic and i could not perform the journey . Hence i had raised a request for refund through Ease My trip ( travel agent through whom ticket was booked online ) as advised by the Srilankan Airlines office at Doha . .Now after one year of wait my online travel supporter Ease My Trip has refnded a partly sum - As against the total cost of Rs.23672 my travel agent claims to have got refund only for Rs. 4478.

        However there is a notification in your website . ( reproduced below) if the flight has been cancelled due to pandemic all refund charges as also penalties will be waived off .

        If you wish to refund, although the flight is not cancelled;

        Refund will be worked out based on the refund conditions on your ticket

        Applicable fare rules shall apply.

        In fact i had booked for return journey ticket from Chennai to Doha for travel though srilankan airlines (PNR TGICIW) on April 4, 2020, which got refunded without any penalty .

        When one leg of travel ticket is refunded as per the policy notified in website why another leg of travel is not being refunded in full ? Why penalties have been deducted is not clear .

        Despite sending such detailed mail and reply from airlines your company still not refunding full amount and trying to cheat me of my eligible money . Pathetic responses to my mails too .

          I was booking One Ticket through Ease My Trip from Guwahati to Bangalore on date 20 Feb 2021, for 01 March 2021. However the amount Rs. 6792/- has been deducted from my HDFC Bank A/c but I have not received any ticket booking confirmation, So, basically the ticket was not booked.

          When I contacted Ease My Trip Via calls they first said that they did not receive any money, after that I also talked with my bank they clearly said that the money is credited to Ease My Trip, Then again I called and also Emailed Ease My Trip to kindly look into this matter, they said that the money will be refunded in 7 days but almost 16 days passed the money is not received yet. I am very much affected by this behavior of easemytrip such a poor service, I have to make another tickets soon but I have no money I am waiting for the refund since 16 days, Whenever I call the customer care either they cut the call after putting me on hold for 20 mins or they say that you will get the refund in 7 days.

          I kindly request you to refund the money ASAP.

            I booked 2 tickets through GOOGLE PAY on 26th Feb'21 under Google transaction ID CICAgODur38TQ for FL Indigo-Chennai to Guwahati, Dep on2 March'21 at 18.30. TO my great inconvenience EaseMyTrip sent me tickets details only on 2nd March'21 at 15.11 about 3 hours before flight dep time and that too WITHOUT PNR. 'Pending" was mentioned in place of PNR. This resulted refusal of boarding pass and our night halt at Chennai hotel and buying new tickets in Indigo 6E112 for 3rd March causing a chain of difficulties like missing pre-scheduled meeting at Guwahati next day besides extra exp.on hotel and new tickets and a number of accompanying inconveniences. Would EaseMyTrip pay me suitable compensation urgently to keep up its reputation and customers' goodwill?

              It is very sad experience with your Bus Services we took your bus services for luxury travel but Your Bus service partner make our family trip 'HEAL'' sending you Bus's In side pic.

              Hope you will find the same what I am writing you.

              We are traveling Now from Gurgaon to Jaipur.

              Peek up timing was 1am and it reached at 1:45am

              It was so shocking for us when we complain to your customer care team they replied me we can't do anything it was your choice said by Mr. Ravi Mehra your customer care executive.

              We felt helpless

              Easemytrip people break their customer trust and faith too.

              I think you should work on your Vendor development or Channel partners.

              If your concern is only money earning then you you are in right track
              "Keep it up'' we are living in big population country you may trap many innocent People here.

                I booked Paris to Delhi Air India flight ticket (AI-142) for 3rd july 2020 for my daughter Rhine Sengupta through Easemytrip.com at a cost of Rs 32918/-. The PNR of the airlines is YEKPG and the booking Id is EMT70636331.

                Since the flight was cancelled by the airlines, I immediately requested for refund of the full fare. As per your version (as narrated by Mr Vikas Soni, Customer Care executive, easemytrip.com) the cancellation and refund process was initiated by you in August 2020. However, seven months have passed but I am yet to receive the refund. Neither I have received any communication from Air India or Easemytrip.com after the cancellation was done on 2nd July 2020. I have made several attempts to contact you via email and telephone and WhatsApp but nothing concrete has come from any one of you.
                When I contacted Air India regarding refund, they told me to contact the travel agent (Easemytrip) through whom the flight was booked.
                I therefore appeal to both Air India and Easemytrip.com to refund the flight fare immediately. Else, after 8 months of patient waiting, I have no option but to lodge a complaint at the appropriate fora as I need the money urgently to book another ticket from Paris to Delhi.

                  Hi team, I have booked my flight tickets from ease my trip for 20th of March, 2020 but due to travel restrictions, I was not allowed to board the flight by airlines and was off loaded. The airline company and ease my trip both have promised that I will get a full refund of my tickets as it got cancelled due to covid. However when I raised a request for full refund with ease my trip, they cancelled my request stating that airlines has denied the full refund citing document issue. After explaining whole situation at the time of flight to numerous ease my trip agents, I gave up and filed for refund after cancellation of refund charges. Now again they are not processing my refund. I just want my money back and need to get rid of dealing with unprofessional, non-understanding and uncooperative staff at ease my trip.

                      I accidently created an account on ease my trip. I tried to delete it by looking into the account but couldn't find an option 'to delete'. Why doesn't ease my trip have an option to delete while every other site does.
                      This is very annoying so please help me out. I would be very pleased if you could delete it permanently for me. Kindly do the needful.

                        Hi, I had booked ticket against referred booking id in March 21, against which there is refund of Rs 11097 is due from Ease my trip from last 11 months.

                        I am continuously begging to get my own hard earned money. It seems that Easemy trip has looted my money.
                        There are continuous bluffs are getting communicated by their respective consumer care staffs .

                        I am following up since last 3 months after awaiting for 7 months, every time they are saying it will get refunded by 6-7 Days.
                        Please note it is my hard earned money, and no one has the right to hold it off. If I dont get the refund within next 6-7 days, Shall go to the extent of any limit with legal perspective. But I need my money refund urgently.

                        It is my hard earned money.

                        Please solve this issue on immeidate basis.
                        I am attaching some emails, basis which there are continuous bluff assurance on refund is there.

                              My PNR-DIGEVP, refund amount not recieved. I cancelled my ticket on 14th january and the indigo airline refunded the entire amount to ease my trip...I kept calling ease my trip every other day after my cancellation, the keep asking me to wait for more time. Its more than a month to when i reported my issue to ease my trip...And they do not have any answers till date!!i shared my bank statements too and all tge have to say is wait!

                                The portal has informed me that the refund is credited to EaseMyTrip wallet which can be used to transfer the amount to my bank account. The Transaction Id is EMT71093363. However, on accessing my account, the wallet shows zero balance. I have sent 5 emails to [protected]@easemytrip.com. I get a standard reply that the refund is transferred to my Wallet. I have also sent them a screenshot of my zero amount Wallet. But so far, after repeated emails and conversations with their customer care, the issue is not resolved. I am a senior citizen of advanced age. I do not know what to do next to recover my ticket money.

                                  I had called you customer care Number [protected]. Your executive asked me to down load an app and give consent for access to my mobile. I refused, he started abusing me saying i don't trust him etc .
                                  he also used gaali to shout at me.

                                  Hopeless Customer care .

                                    As this flight was cancelled due to covid 19 as was operated by the airlines
                                    I have asked for full refund of my amount since June 20 as I am not regular flyers and the credit shield will be not useful for me so I request for full refund as per the norm by the ministry and airlines too I have several email as per the terms the refund will be initiated after 90 days but it is more than that till now I have not yet received any refund confirmation too
                                    Whichh is not fair on the part as this is our harden money airlines need to refund the money for not rendering services what ever case may be as it is customer wish no one should be forced to go for any other option which he is not looking for

                                      I was trying to book a flight ticket from BBI to BLR. Transaction ID EMT79851217. I was paying through UPI and the transaction was successful. Money was deducted from my account but the ticket wasn't booked.

                                      Now Easemytrip is denying receiving any money from me. I have attached the transaction screenshot for reference.

                                        I just booked 1 tickets for 3 family members from Hyderabad to New Delhi on 18th Feb 2021, flight is on 21st Feb 2021
                                        Booking ID is EMT80291721
                                        even though the money (Rs 13, 466) has been deducted from my bank account yet the booking status is pending.
                                        I've been calling them on both the customer care service numbers provided but no one is picking up my calls. I don't get what kind of a service they are providing all I want is them to confirm my tickets.

                                        If anyone could please look into this as priority, that would be appreciated. Thanks
