I had called you customer care Number [protected]. Your executive asked me to down load an app and give consent for access to my mobile. I refused, he started abusing me saying i don't trust him etc .
he also used gaali to shout at me.

I was trying to book a flight ticket from BBI to BLR. Transaction ID EMT79851217. I was paying through UPI and the transaction was successful. Money was deducted from my account but the ticket wasn't booked.

Now Easemytrip is denying receiving any money from me. I have attached the transaction screenshot for reference....

I have tried booking bus ticket on 7th February from Lucknow to new delhi through UPI Payment Mode through Ease My trip App at 8.31 PM on 7th February. After one month i started writing complaint regarding refund, they always reply that your amount has been refunded pls contact bank.Then I personally contacted with bank but they told me that they have not recieved any amount and they will not able to check without any transaction...
