I booked a train ticket on 28/10/2020 at 10:47:27 a.m and Rs 848.68 deducted from my account and my ticket is not booked nor refunded or any message regarding this received by Easy Trip planner. My transaction Reference no. by bank is 472862.

    I tried to book a flight ticket on 11/10/2020, amount got deducted but did not get booking confirmation or ticket.

    Sent a email to [protected]@easemytrip.com on 23/10/2020, got a reply with booking id but did not get any refund yet. It is more than 15 days now.

      Its being nearby 1month i didnt got my refund ammount Rs.3300.00, and i have tried almost morethan 15times to cc care, there is no proper response.
      i have booked ticket on 10th Oct (ticket charges..Rs..4337.00)and i have cancelled with in 1hr, then i have spoke to Airasia Airlines they told we have completely refund your Ammoune Rs.4337 to Easymytrip.Easymytrip refund to me only 1037.What is the ### this company not refunding ammount Rs.3300 and its keeping their self.

          I have 2 PNR's cancelled by Airline due to Covid. Both of them were refunded to Easemytrip by the Airlines but not yet credited to my account. I have contacted the Easemytrip multiple times for this request but they keep asking me to wait... It's almost 10 days and nothing has been refunded yet though on app it say already refund has been processed.

          Easemytrip customer executive has given me a call today and asked to wait another 5-7 days for the same for my refund to be processed that is till 5th October. Not sure whybthe team needs 15 days for a 2 simple refunds to process.
          Please assist urgently to resolve this issue by escalating it to higher authority.
          I don't want to keep waiting and waste my energy on this.

                          I had booked flight ticket on Indigo on 12.03.20 containing PNR : HWPCFH. But due to the intense COVID situation I cancelled the ticket on 18.03.20.The flight is cancelled later by the concerning authority. But as I cancelled it earlier the refund amount was 1678 INR after deduction of CANCEL CHANGE FEES OF 1380 INR. But still till date I have not got any refund.

                            PNR j3q9y6. Vistara flight booked through EaseMyTrip. Airline confirmed they refunded on 7th September 2020 but EaseMyTrip is not giving me my money back. I have called many many times. They keep saying they will escalate it and arrange a call back. They are just not giving me my refund. I don’t know what to do. I need help.

                              I had booked flight ticket in couple of months back. Due to lockdown indigo has cancelled the flight and refund had initiated. However, as I booked through easymy trip, amount has been sent to them. So, I have raised a refund request to easymy trip team for my refund. No one is responding properly, Its been more than a month. I have sent couple of follow up emails and everytime receiving same response stating that concern team is working. How many days will they work on it..This is very bad, I would not recommend easymy trip to anyone if you continued like this. I want my refund back.

                                Your team had informed that I'll get my refund within 1 week and it's been more than 2 weeks as of now but still I haven't received any kind of refund. Whenever we are trying to reach out to you whether it is WhatsApp or call we are getting same message that its in process and concerned department is working on it, money will be refunded within 1 week. Please don't force me to take strict action on your travel agency or to escalate this issue to higher authorities otherwise will be filing a FIR

                                  I had booked my tickets for indigo flight from Mumbai to Dehradun during the 22 June 2020 and as the flight had been cancelled then we cancelled the ticket and called for refund. But after numerous messages on their current what’s number we got back the amount regarding 3 tickets that was around 22000 but still 1 ticket amount 7000 rupees had not been refunded and now it’s been month of October that is 6 months...I am tired and annoyed of messaging on that what’s number where these people say I will get it back by 57 days but still been 6 months but no action has been taken every week I have been messaging but response is same and no action had been taken place...whereas I had contacted the airlines indigo they had told me soon after cancellation the amount have been refunded but the problem is coming from the platform from where I have bought ticket that is ease my trip. My pnr is XN7LSQ and there were 4 tickets there are attachements giving capture amount and refunded amount and the date just see the huge difference. I also have added a video screen recording chats with ease my trip that shows how long I have been texting plus there is also the obvious answer or reply that u can read by them

                                    I hv canceled my ticket 2 months back but didnt get my refund yet plz do necessary action about it otherwise i will complaint against u i hv call on ur contect but nobody responding this is very irritating and never face problem like this. Is this yr standerd servise for customer.it is more 65 days. After this i hv booked another ticker from Amazon and canceled that also they refund amount within 7 days but ur services not upto the mark. This can be problematic for u.

                                      My PNR is NJCMGZ, I had booked my flight from Udaipur to Bangalore and rescheduled it twice, the first time I rescheduled the flight was of a lesser price and I was supposed to get a refund as informed to me in the last 2 calls I had made and reported my incident, both the times I was told that within 3-4 working days I will receive my refund but its been more than 1.5 month now and I haven't received any refund, nor received any email or text informing me on this.

                                      Infact everytime I mail them I receive the standard response of Concerned Depr looking into this and asking me to keep patience

                                      Their Customer Care number is never answered by anyone and from last few days they have stopped responding to me on Whatsapp Chat option as well

                                      They are harassing customers and looting the money by fraud means

                                      These are highly unprofessional people, no one responds on their Twitter Instagram or Facebook pages as well where I escalated my concern

                                      You should understand that harassing a customer like this is also not acceptable.

                                      HappyEasyGo and MakeMyTrip are much better I request people to stop using this Fraud service by EaseMyTrip providers

                                        I have booked a ticket from Marthandam to Dharapuram on 01/09/2020. I paid and got the ticket. The bus operator name is PSS travels. Later i got message from operator that the bus trip is cancelled. But till now i didnt receive the refund money. I have contact your customer care two times .
