My flight was canceled by airline and they give me reschedule option when i rescheduled my flight they charged me 4000 airline charge then i contact with airline they refund airline charge on 02 September and says to me contact your travel agency for refund . But easemytrip says we didn't receive the refund from airline still. and goair says your travel agency is credited on 10 September ....

Hi,
My name is Pradip Singh and i had add money (INR 1250 in Easemytrip wallet but When I was trying book ticket and pay from the wallet, it was not getting deducted, i had tring so many times but it's not working,

Also i had drop emails many time for refunding money but they not responding.
Please help.

Refund pending from more than 3 months now

Pathetic customer service by Easemytrip.
My refund is pending from past 3 months, dated 25th June.
Refund Reference Number -EMT66892546
There is no progress when complained over email. I only get the standard response, that issue is being looked at.

Kindly provide exact ETA....

Refund of air ticket

I have booked my ticket for 31 mar 2020. The flight was cancelled due to covid. The air line has returned the money to easemytrip however the company is not giving it back inpite of clear direction from govt. This company tells me that the money is in my emt wallet but does not allow me to uae it to pay my utilities. This is such a big fraud company...

Complaint Reference :
1.[protected] April 2020.
2. 3935513 March 2020.

Due to Covid-19 conditions, the airlines offered us free rescheduling, we did the same. As the re-scheduled flight rates were decreased. Airlines Indigo has initiated refunds. We made sure with Indigo that the refunds are released almost 4 Months back...

Book ID not received

I just booked a ticket from guwahati to delhi on 04 oct 20 but did not get any booking ref or PNR no. Both customer care no are not picking up my calls....

Unwanted promotional messages

I’ve been receiving unsolicited promotional messages from easemytrip even after complaining two or three times to stop sending messages. No action has been taken from the company so far and they keep giving fake assurances of stopping the messages...

Hi i have done bookings on the portal for may 13th due to lockdown my flight was cancelled. Pnr number is u3cj7j. I had requested for full refund after while the backend team had made a mistake of requesting for cancellation. I was almost charge the complete fare cost for the mistake done by easemytrip. So i wanted my pnr number back or easemytrip to pay me the cancellation fee charged for me as it was their fault for requesting for cancellation...

I have bought a ticket from easemytrip.com on 22nd feb 2020 with 64236 for 13th march 2020 from delhi to bangkok and return on date 17th march 2020.
This ticket has been cancelled by airline end on date 29th feb 2020 and airline full refunded to easemytrip.com on date 30th march 2020 which is transaction id no is:[protected]. Airline has refunded full amount against this cancellation but easemytrip.com has given me only 57000 rs.in...

Flights cancelled but refund is pending

Hello sir i booked two tickets from mumbai to bangalore for 29 march 2020. But the flight is cancelled due to covid-19 pandemic situation and i applied for the credit shell and refund also but not getting any response from the company till yet. Regarding refund of tickets booked during lockdown

I had booked a trip to srinagar from kolkata or 1st may 2020 through easemytrip.com.
Due to lockdown in india, trip could not happen and i was told by easemytrip to directly contact Indigo airlines.
I contacted Indigo in April 2020 before the trip date and they refunded the entire amount of Rs.25342 as credit shell with a validity of one year.
Recently, on 16th october when I contacted Indigo for a query, I got to know...
