[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — cancellation of my booking

I had booking dated 25 march which was cancelled by airline and i requested for full refund but after deduction of cancellation charge the amount will be refunded as per your email... The airline was not taking any action regarding cancellation or rescheduling neither your app was taking so i requested for cancellation but i mentioned the reason and the full refund option at your site... I request you to take further action regarding my complaint. Otherwise shall take action regarding this

Due to Covid-19 i have cancel my flight with booking id EMT69435007 but i have received Rs. 555 only instead of full refund of Rs.11333.
I had emailed company but they are not taking any action regarding this. Kindly help me with this and get me my full refund because i have cancelled this because of nation is facing this issue.

Still they initiated the refund amount but i have not received it in that case if they can't refund my full amount then they can give me an option of reschedule my flight
