[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — change of pre booked seats despite paid for the preferred seats

At the time of booking of flight ticket for my self and family, from the said website for route ixr to del i.e from Ranchi to Delhi for Air Asia flight, I had pre booked seats for which amount was charged from me by the website. But at the time of web check in, airlines allotted me new set of seats. When contacted, Air Asia denied receiving any information and charges in lieu of the same from the website. My one number is GUUSQD. Seats pre-booked were 15 D/E/F and 16 E/F, which has now been converted to 22F and 23 C/D/E/F
