[Resolved]  EaseMyTrip.com — money deduction and failed train ticket booking / confirmation

I tried to reserve train tickets for two, from mysore to bijapur dated saturday, 10th of august... The page in the end said - error and transaction could not be completed.. Even though money was deducted.. It said "if amount deducted would be refunded in 24hours"... Its more than 72hrs and haven't got back my money... Please refund my money as early as possible
