Hello team,
I have cancelled my ticket due to the delay in flight and based on the confirmation that i will get complete refund. I have also got a mail confirmation from ease my trip for full refund (Attached in this complaint).
It is more than ten days and they are refusing to refund my money and giving a reason that they are yet to get a refund from airlines.
All the details are there in the attachment
