I recharged my mobile on 10th Nov of amount 348 using net banking. The recharge wasn't successful due to some reasons but there was deduction of money. And I have no idea or message about the refund. I have tried to contact the site twice but there's no response and its been too late to not to receive any email regarding it. When will I receive my refund? Will there be any refund? I recharged yesterday (04.02.2019) using my debit card with my mobile no [protected] for an other no [protected] for rupees 35, amount deducted from the bank rupees 40. but recharge was not successful yet,

I have recharged vodapfone 100, 499 by online but amount deducted and recharge not success so amout also not refunded so I think easy recharge website making fraud to peoples who are believing pls refund my amount or recharge
