Ebay And Indian Style — Issue with delivered product (samsung 12000 mah mobile charging bank)

Hi team,

Recently i have purchased samsung 12000 mah mobile charging bank online through ebay. power bank is not working properly (backup is only for 10 mins). it looks like it is already used.

I tried to contact shipper multiple times but not response. i also checked with ebay and they are also not supporting asking for doa letter and samsung service center said it is not my product (it is fake product) so we can not support. ebay can not support without doa letter.

Please take a strict action against ebay and shipper for selling fake product using your prestigious name of samsung. please write for further information.
