[Resolved] Ebay.com — Purchase A Product on 21st Sep-14, still today no delivery or refund | |||
Hi, My name is Manas Banerjee from Kolkata. I have purchase a Sony Xperia C3 from Ebay on 21st Sept-14, cost is Rs.21, 268/-. I have make payment through Credit Card. That product suppose to delivered to me on 26th Sept-14. As I didn't received my product on time, I have register a refund claim on Ebay on 29th Sept-14. But till today I didn't received any refund, instead of that last monday I received a SMS & Mail from Ebay, that my product has been delivered to me, and it was updated on their business portal as well. Where as I have a written confirmation from Blue Dart (The courier company) that, they unable to track the product and ask Ebay for a refresh consignment. I have forward this mail to Ebay as well. Whenever I contact Ebay the representatives are asking for 48 hours resolution time, which I used to get whenever I make call to Ebay for the refund, they are saying that their team is investigating the matter with urgency. I don't know how much days it will take to investigate, where as I have the proof that I didn't received the product. This is total harassment and they are taking undue advantage of my money for last 1 month. Also ask for additional compensation ( at least 50K) for the distress they have caused you. The judge will be inclined toy award it as long as you are on the right side of the law.
