[Resolved] eBay — Damaged Item not refunded | |||||
Hi, I bough a Laptop (NEW LENOVO G5080 CORE I5 5TH GEN 12GB RAM 500GB HDD WINDOWS 8.1 1YR WARRANTY) on 24/10/2015 and I received on 31/10/2015. I found a damaged in the laptop on, 1/11/2015 I raised a claim regarding the damage on, 4/11/2015 I get a call back from ebay after my call to post a proper proof of damage I also sent the proof on that day itself. After that every day I call to ebay customer they said wait for 48 to 72 hours to get the resolution still now I didn't get resolution from them. Today 15/11/2015 I again call to ebay but the staff give a irritating replay (what can I do for that and he said I'm not the proper person to reply ) I totally upset with this reply.
