eBay — Damaged product received by online purchase no action till date against complaint | |||||
I purchased a product from ebay.In dated on 21st feb. Id-[protected]. I got a non working product on 25th. After repeated calls seller sent the adress to return the product. I sent the product back to seller. (Mr.Kunal kumar, k-tech distibutor, ranchi, mob-[protected] ) through speed post. In tracking reords he recieved product with in three days. Tracking id- ek[protected]in. I contacted may times to ebay through phone and emails. 14 emails i sent regarding this but no action till date. Seller is not picking up the calls.
