eBay — Defective Product delivered | |||||
I ordered Nokia E63 online via eBay in the last week of May, 2016. The cell phone was delivered to me in the first week of June within a week. The issue is the cell phone which was delivered to us has a loose keypad buttons, Loose back panel. Battery condition Poor- gets switched off within 7 to 8 hrs. we take online shopping as a time saver. but here I have given so much time better would have been buying straight away from the store. Response given by eBay on complaints : Action 1 : Claim applied via eBay warrantee within first 10 days of mobile delivery to us after the issue was observed Action 2 : Reminder given Action & Response 3 : Claim ID issued to us 2105202 as per them I was contacted on my no. ONCE but I did not answer the call. Photos & required detail shared but as per them it is not clear Concern : Stretching the issue so that customers get upset, easier way could have been they could have deputed a person locally to collect the faulty product. I have been asked to send the pictures again stating previous sent images are not clear (attached previous sent image also for ref) I can be contacted be on d.[protected]@gmail.com Request Support!
