eBay — Ebay not returning money despite received back products | |||||
Ordered a watch on 1 April 2016 from eBay for rupees 2999, it was sent via FedEx courier but they returned the product without delivery, subsequently i raised a refund claim on 14 april 2016, but till date my refund claim has not been processed. Contacted customer service team many times but all the time they say to wait for 2 to 3 days. They never contacted me, they looted my money, they are us fool, cheating and fraud so openly... Cannot believe that ebay guarantee was a fraud only... Was this information helpful? | |||||
