[Resolved] eBay — Ebay refuses to refund for memory card i purchased | |||||
I have prurchased following memory card from ebay, Samsung EVO 32 GB MicroSD MicroSDHC Class 10 Memory Card 48MB/s + 5 YR Warranty Item number: [protected]PaisaPay ID [protected]) Seller ID: jain_komal When i inserted into my mobile and tried to copy the data found that nothing can be copied or moved to sd card, all files got deleted as soon as I restart the device. When i contacted ebay, they told me to contact samsung service center since it has manufacturing warrenty. When i showed the product to samsung service they told that it is a fake and duplicate product we cannot provide any warrenty on that so you better check with ebay. When i again contacted to ebay i got response from support team to please bring a DOA letter from Samsung so i have again contacted the Samsung service center and they just emailed me with their conculsion about the fake product and told me that since the product is ducplicate and does not belong to samsung we cannot give it on a letter head but they have mentioned all in email with samsung contact person and number so ebay can contact them any time and they can clarify that. But the ebay refuses to accept such email response they want only DOA letter which should be on samsung letter head only. It's ebays responsibilty to check with seller and give me my refund but they are not doing that. I am attaching here the samsung authorised service center response and card photo for reference. I have contacted so many times to ebay but they are not ready to take action seller as well.Ebay service is really pathetic. Was this information helpful? | |||||

After all of such trouble and headache finally ebay refunded me today.
