[Resolved] Ebay.in — 84 days is over but not yet refunded my money | |||||
Respected sir, i am totally helpless, ebay india suffering me a lot still now.My PaisaPay ID : [protected], item id[protected] and complain id-1238568.I purchased sandisk 32 gb memory card on 27 august, After deadline date i raised a complain 5th september.After my complain ebay request me to wait for next 20 days to resolve my problem.But they do not do it.Then i call them up every 3 days gap in a week.All time they takes 48-72 hours to solve the problem but all time they make false promise.After complain in consumer court they send me a messege on 21 october that within 6-8 days they will refund my money but this also they did not do it (re;buying refunds SR#1-[protected]).After 10 days another time i made again complain that time they give the refer id (Re, buying refunds SR#1-[protected]}.And wants 3 days to refunds my money but this time also they did not refunds my money, I am totally shocked that ebay is a big e-commerce giant But they do it this kind of cheating activity with customer.All time i attached oxigen wallet statement to paisapaydocs @ebay.in.But they dont respone my email.Well i am surprised that what kind of service ebay provided.I am still waiting for my funds Was this information helpful? | |||||
Dec 9, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally i got my refund money back on 4th December 2015.After submitting so many complaints since last 3 and 1/2 months.
Guys go to National Consumer helpline website.And submit your problem.After submitting you should call them on their toll free number and tell them about your problem.They give you the proper guidance to solved your problem.I am 100% satisfied of their guidance.It would help you guys. eBay.in customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. All the time when i request to ebay customer care that please provide me the higher authority contact number and email id, i want to talk with them directly to solve my problem.But they are not provide me higher authority contact number or email id.All the time they ignore me.Some of customer care executive cut the phone when i raised the complain.This is the very worst customer service which i have faced in my life.Some of customer executive waiting me 30-40 minutes and then cut the phone without answering the solution.I do not know what kind of services ebay is provided?

Not yet solve my Complaint by ebay, even not yet contact to me. Ebays customer services is the worst service which i have faced since last 3 months.They are not contacting me even a single time.Please do some legal action against them.This is my humble request.
