Ebay.in — Additional courier charges collected wrongly by ebay | |||||
I purchased Product from Ebay on 17.10.2015 against PaisayPay ID : [protected]. Courier Company FedEx has wrongly charged additional service charges of Rs.100, even though it was free shipping products. I paid two components to FedEx 1) Octroi and 2) Additional Service Charges of Rs.100. My compliant is related to Additional Service Charges of Rs.100. Why it was charged wrongly by Ebay/FedEx.. Initially, I contacted to Ebay, where I was misguided by Ebay saying that Vendor is responsible for courier. When I contacted Vendor, he said that Ebay is responsible for courier. Again, I contacted Ebay. There was unpleasant reply from Ebay that the system is not working at this moment, so we cannot able to help. Again I contacted today 24.11.2015. My call was put on hold for few minutes, then later on, it was cut by Customer Care. So, I am not satisfied with this service quality of Ebay. Ebay is useless service company / online product company, having no ethics in the business. Kindly note that Rs.100 is not critical amount.But for the interest of general public, I brings this matter for public notice.
