[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Amount Deduction

As on 14 th december ordered the phone in the ebay, amount of 35999 debited from account but ordered dint get any info on the same, wen conatacted customer care they informed amnt has been debited and went as missing transaction and we will crediting within 72 hours after that also dint means it will be credited to 7 hours, , , , so after 10 days called they told on 28 th december we will refund the amount, but its alraeay 15 days no response and no money credited, even submitted the password for the statement also amnt dint refunded

Updated by Saam Pc Already i have shared my details to u you people, and getting reply from u is that my statement which is sent has no password, and i dint sent any password ur agents reply, , alreday 10 times bank statement i have shared and also with password, its been alreday 30 days my prob is not rectified...
