Dear Sir, Purchased Apple IPhone 4s16GB from EBAY.IN DATE of Purchase: 18th SEP-2015 Date of Cancellation: 18th SEP-2015 Reason of Cancellation: Given information was doubtful and not clear (whether it is 8GB OR 16GB) ITEM ID:[protected] Complain Date: 10-OCT-2015 Claim ID : 1319433 PaisaPay ID : [protected] Kindly note that I am complaining twice a week but they are not refunding my amount. I have to make the credit card payment on 30th Oct-2015 otherwise they will be charging fine and it would be approx . INR. 400+SERVICE TAX extra. You are requested to kindly do the needful. If you wish, you may check with your bank using the following refund details:
Refund Reference Number: DHCC[protected]
However, if the amount does not reflect in your bank account even after the stipulated time, kindly email us the latest bank statement from the date of transaction till date at [protected]@ebay.com, so that we can investigate the matter further.
