Sir, I have purchased an Asus MotherBoard A88X-Pro bearing Item No. GEB[protected] ASUS A88X-PRO FM2+ / FM2 AMD A88X on[protected]. I received the item on 29.10.2015. When I tried to install the board it showed an error : Q-Code '00'. The system neither booted nor any display occured. When I contacted the local Authorised Asus Service Center in visakhpatnam, they told me that the purchased board has no global warranty, hence they cannot help me in this regard. Since the board is not working and there is no Warranty and service support I made a claim on 31/10/2015 which was registered by eguarantee.ebay.in as per the ebay procedure with a request to refund my money and get the mother board back. I have attached the image of the motherboard while displaying the onboard error. The following are the claim details Claim ID: 1394209 Registration Date: 1/11/2015 PaisaPay ID: [protected] Item number: [protected] Even after registering the claim on 01/11/2015 I was getting mails from ebay that I have to reply them whether the item is received or not before 15/11/2015, other wise the item is deemed to be received by me. Meanwhile I got a phone call from ebay customer care telling that they arranged for reverse pickup of the item and they will send an email with all details and address to be pasted on the package, the courier service name etc. I received a call from FedEx courier, Visakhapatnam on 13/11/2015 evening for the reverse pickup. But by that time I did not receive any mail with details of address for the shipment etc. Neither the FedEx people do know the address where it has to be shipped to. When I contacted the ebay customer care they told me that I will get the mail by 2:00 PM on 14/11/2005. I did not get any mail. Again I contacted the customer care. Again they told me that I will get the mail by 7:30 PM in the eveing. I did not get it. When I contacted the customer care again, they told me that as Saturday and Sunday are holidays they cannot respond to me but surely I will get the mail on Monday. Even after Monday also I did not get mail. Then I again I contacted the ebay customer care. They told me that a person from claim management team will talk to me and send mail. On 18/11/2015 a person from ebay called me and told that they will arrange for reverse pickup again and immediately send the mail also with shipping details etc within one day. Today ie., on 19/11/2015 at about 1:00 PM I received a call from FedEx for reverse pickup. But the story is same. Neither I nor the FedEx courier people do not know where to ship the item. With this I am feeling that may be to avoid refund or replacement of the item which is not working, ebay authorities are performing this drama of arranging for reverse pick up and not sending the mail with details, so that they can claim that "though we have arranged everything, the buyer could not properly avail the opportunity with in the time frame. So we are helpless in this regard". I am very much astonished that how the ebay website can send me an email that I have not responded in time i.e., before 15/11/2015 for their mail that whether I received the item or not, even though I registered a claim with all the details including the image well in advance i.e., on 1/11/2015 itself. So I am getting a doubt about the settlement of the claim in a proper manner. I am attaching the images of the Motherboard which is showing the error code '00' in red colour that it is a defective one. So I request you to kindly look into this matter and do justice to settle the claim at an early date. with regards, Kompella Subbaraya Sastry.
