[Resolved] Ebay.in — Claim raised

I ordered a Lenovo tablet and got the product delivered broken. I have filed a complaint against them and its been 23 days they have not yet returned my refund. They always give me some reasons.
The amount is of ₹6, 666/-.
The complaint ID is 2539900
The company has been very uninterested and has been avoiding.
They have even taken back the broken tablet i got a week ago.
Please somebody help me resolve it.
