Dear ebay,

we are in need of your desperate help, as one of your mobile phone sellers has done a fraud with us. His ad of the iPhone 6s plus 128gb is still on your website- Link given below..

When we got in touch with the seller, at the number specified on your website page, he told us that he is unable to send it to Mumbai through ebay, but he offered us that he will send us the same phone on his own through blue dart courier. he asked us to do part payment for the same, and once we receive the phone, we can send him the other half later. we sent him 27000/- as initial payment, and he did sent us a tracking number of blue dart and asked us to follow up. When we called the blue dart guys, they told us that they have no such registered tracking number. Since then we are trying to get in touch with the seller, and he is not answering his phone. We tried to get in touch with him through other numbers and he did answer, but the moment we asked him about our impending order, he disconnected..
WE ARE NOT HOLDING EBAY RESPONSIBLE FOR MONEY! BUT EBAY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CHECKING THE BACKGROUND DETAILS OF THE SELLERS THEY DEAL WITH. Today this has happened with us, and tomorrow it can happen with anyone.. after this man has done the fraud, his advertisement still exists on the website. he is still answering his calls, and taking inquiries about the phone!! he has three numbers registered with you and shop details, which i must tell you, that the shop address is fake! If this is the way you add sellers on your websites, then we are seriously disappointed as then no one can trust ebay and its sellers.
We request you to please help us, and share with us the registered sellers details, so that we can help the police trace the same. We have already register an FIR against him, and together we should make sure to nab this fraud. This is the only way to redeem your reputation and help your brand image survive!
