Helo, I bought Samsung J7 from ebay black color, bt seller give me black and it was also damaged, when I contacted seller they refused for help, then I claim on ebay and privided damage phn images, now they ask for authorised letter by Samsung, and I go to Samsung care and they can't provide me any help for physical damage. You will just contact me for asking letter, otherwise no help, and care reply that damage isn't there responsibility, so they can't helpp, so now what I have to do
