Ebay.in — Damaged product with seller warranty | |||||
I purchase a sony xperia z3 in rs.18, 500. Its a china assembled phone, refurbished item. Seller listed brand new. Phone is not starting, and i received duplicate charge, box and earphone as well. Phone is total refurbished with cheap back cover and side panel and duplicate screen touch (Visible touch patterns in light). I mailed to seller about the concern and seller ready to refund for the item once i shipped back to seller. But ebay try to contact me, one time i am not available, then i call back to ebay and arrange a call, second time i am not aware of the call because it's saturday (Customer care told me that we don't call on saturday and sunday) and they rejected my claim telling that buyer is not contactable. So what i can do, please help me its a total loss of 18500 rupees, they cheat me seller ready buyer ready then what is the problem. What i can do please suggest me please. I am crying.
