Ebay.in — Defective product

Dear Team, I Had purchased a Kenstar M/O KJ20CBG101 20 L Convection Microwave Oven from ebay on 20/10/15 and the product was delivered on 4/11/15 and the demo person came on 14/11/15 to give demo which confirmed that the product is not in working condition and after which i filed a complaint to ebay with claim no 1432672 and after few days they replied that its not covered in our policy and we cannot do anyting and said you can talk to seller as he is not ready for replacing the same. I had a talk with seller and seller was ready to replace the same and said to ebay to arrange a pickup on 23/11/15 via mail and till date there is no reply from ebay to get the pickup done after that also i had send mails to ebay and called also but they are not replying. They have closed my claim also without informing me and without any specific reason and solution to me. I have a mail from the seller (Rohit- rohit.[protected]@vgmail.in) also stating to arrange the pickup on 23//11/15 and all other mails and recordings to prove that they are just assuring but not doing anything.
