[Resolved] Ebay.in — Delayed delivery and failure to adhere to deadline | |||||
An Asus phone charger, as ordered from ebay was supposed to be delivered to me latest by 6th of July via Blue Dart. However, it is past the date and I haven't yet received my product. On calling ebay, they said it is not there responsibility ones the product is shipped and they have failed to contact blue dart courier service in Kolkata. I'm leaving the Country tomorrow and I fear if I don't receive the charger by 12.30 pm tomorrow, I will have to leave without a phone charger which is a necessity. I don't know how these guys at ebay could be this unprofessional and irresponsible. This is the last time I'm ordering on ebay.
