Ebay.in — Deliver fake product samsung 32 gb memory card without any invoice

Samsung memory card of 32 gb class 10 was purchased from ebay.In considering it as a trusted website in e-commerce.But i never knew that they will play their cheap forgery game.The memory which i received was a counterfeit chinese memory card which imitated as if it is an original samsung product.I have attached the photo of the memory card sent by ebay along with necessary details.Apart from this one more snap is attached which clearly shows that ebay has closed the return claim saying that the proof provided by customer is not sufficient.The second snapshot also contains the details of the order along with paisapay id .Anyone can confirm it from ebay using the paisapay id.Even ebay has not given any invoice for the same.


Onset

Initially when we called the ebay customer support then they said that sir how can you say that this memory card is duplicate.I told him all the details which i have mentioned in the attached picture.His reply was, "you will get a resolution in 5 working days".


Second attempt

Again the support team was contacted and they said that you have to provide a scan copy of a certificate given by samsung care which should mention that the memory card is not genuine.I replied that ebay has not given any invoice and hence service centre will not entertain me.The support executive said to contact the seller for the invoice and also said that ebay cannot do anything as they are only mediator and not the actual seller.


Third attempt

After one week of sending the mail to the seller for invoice we did not get any response.Again the ebay team was contacted .The executive said that he will transfer the call to his senior and put it on hold.The call was on hold for more than 15 minutes.We disconnected the call and tried after 1 hour and the same thing repeated multiple times.Yesterday we called again and the executive said that sir your claim has already been closed in the month of february and our seniors are not ready to talk to you.At the end we give up and stopped calling ebay.It has been more that 20 times since we called ebay and did not get the resolution.

What happened Ebay I gave input on 19th as you asked but did not get any further response? It is same as I called ebay lots of time...
