[Resolved] Ebay.in — Delivered a "faulty mobile phone" to me and not giving my money back

Dear Sir / Madam,

Please find attached the images of the faulty Apple iphone 5 mobile phone which I bought from the " ebay.in " site.

I received “ Apple iphone 5 ” on 7th October 2015 which I had ordered from “ ebay.in ” website.

So far I have called 6 times in " ebay.in Guarantee " for reverse pick BUTTTTTT ebay is not giving any response or heed or showing interest in carrying out the " reverse pick up " !!!

Following are the details of the calls I have made to ebay.in Guarantee so far :

9th Oct 2015 - 11 am ( customer care personnel - Mr. Rajiv )
13th Oct 2015 - 11:30 am ( customer care personnel - Mr. Jasmit )

15th Oct 2015 - 3:15 pm ( customer care personnel - Mr. Sameer )

16th Oct 2015 - 4:20 pm ( customer care personnel - Ms.Rashmi )

17th Oct 2015 - 7:01 pm ( customer care personnel – Mr. Tajuddin Alam )

19th Oct 2015 - 5:00 pm ( customer care personnel - Mr. Nilesh )

Hence, this is My humble and sincere request to you to please take note of My complaint and take a strict action on " ebay.in " website for doing FRAUD with Me.
