Ebay.in — Did not received refund after 22 days of wait | |||||
Hello! This complaint is against eBay.in. I have ordered a product from eBay.in on 15th Febraury, 2016 and paid in advance with Rs 55 (extra shipping charges) but till date (i.e. 7th March, 2016) I haven't recieved any product. I have contacted eBay by all means to refund my monay back but the customer support says that they don't have any update why my refund is on hold. On 2nd March, 2016 I have raised claim in eBay Guarantee where eBay guarantees refund in 5 to 7 days. But today customer support told me that it would take 20 days to get your problem resolved. I am also having all screenshots with chats with customer support and all call recordings. You people made me a fool. This is 23rd day when my complaint is still in progress. I will lodge a complaint against you in honourable consumer court now.
Its 24th day! Ebay is not taking any action.
Friend, Don't worry about that, I am also having issue about my refund, eBay cheat the customer and hake the customer money, So Here with I send some link that link surly help you.
