[Resolved] Ebay.in — don't get any states still about my order

I have purchased customized mug (http://www.ebay.in/itm/Personalized-Mug-Customized-Mug-With-Free-Wooden-Heart-Photo-Key-Chain-/[pr...⇄ from ebay.

Since the order i placed, i didn't get any update at all from ebay or from seller that what happend with my order.

I ordered this item since long ago, and did multiple times email to ebay as well as tried to contact to seller 3-4 times as ebay suggested but still i didnt answered my query at all.

And the very good thing is i have order with online banking so i have already paid for the item about which i don't know. Its exist even and ebay and "hgiftmart" is planning to provide me or not.

Very disappointed. So this is last place i found to write about this incident so other people can aware and can not be cheated and face situation as i do today.

Updated by kripalp I have tried on this link and its asking me to "Tell Us About Your Problem" when I going to choose "Item not received" its giving me error "You cannot raise an Item not received claim within 10 days of transaction." and not allow me to submit form.

you are company, I have provided you paisapay id on emails multiple time and here too. cant you people check about whats going on with my order??? I cant see status and cant do any complaint at all.

Today I feel like I wasted my time, money and now wasting my brain by complaint you multiple times here and there.

Too too much poor customer care service, let me know what should I do next now? and why should I do, you should take appropriate action on it

Today evening, I ordered for a huawei honor bee 4g, on Ebay. Money got deducted from my account, but order confirmation not sent yet. That billdesk page is not accessible even. Since I had signed in as guest, I don't have my login credentials even, to check the status of order confirmation.
