Ebay.in — Ebay cheats and harasses a paralysed man for a refund on defective instrument

　　　　i shop for all my requiremenst online ever sinec i got paralysed, this handicapepd made me more and more close to internet to socialise and shop as well.. 　　　　 　　　　I recently purchased a intex manufactured mobile phone but to my disappointment the phone did not work properly on day-a, it raeched me (it was not charging properly) and it seememd like manufacturing defect. 　　　　 　　　　Since i had relied one bay gurantee as i shop frome bay, i immediately on 2nd day raised ebay gurantee claim and asked for reverse pick up and asked for my refund. 　　　　But i was astonished to see response from ebay that they asked me to get it rectified by intex service station and they denied by refund claim, 　　　　i called up customer care and also wrote emails to ebay india and told them that it is not possibel for me to chase inetx service station for my mobile repair and i am not happy with this defective piece at first place and so i need my refund..I request them but ebay contibued to harass me. 　　　　 　　　　I am not only putting this as a blog on website but also requesting the reader to never buy from ebay and communicate thsi inethical gesture were ebay has done 2 bad things 　　　　- they have soled a defective product to consumer 　　　　- they continue to harss a handicapepd person to get it repaired, by visisting service center. 　　　　 　　　　Please forward thsi email to your friends so that soceity know about inethcial and cheating and inhuman company ebay. 　　　　My details of product below: 　　　　ebay guarantee* claim - 1217203 should be refunded..For the below defective product in brand new condition, 　　　　 (paisapay id [protected]).
