[Resolved] Ebay.in — Ebay guarantee claim is not processing - claim id 1674123 | |||||
Hello Sir/ma'am, This is in reference to the claim id- 1674123.I have purchased a 48 inch SAMSUNG LED smart TV worth rs 98, 499.00 I have received the delivery on 2nd FEB 2016 and got the product in broken condition.I immediately took action on this and called eBay customer care.They asked me to raise eBay guarantee claim against it .I raised the claim and uploaded the pics too.I called eBay customer care after two days to get the status of my claim request.They replied that we have notified seller about it and we will provide you the information soon.After that I called eBay customer care many time and always got the same reply that I have to wait and claim department will call me soon.Its been 17 days I didn't get any call from them.Today i called seller and asked him that did eBay call him regarding my claim request.He said that he didn't get any call from eBay. Today I had a conversation with eBay customer care again and they told me to arrange a reverse pickup on my own. Now My concern is that why I have to take the responsibility of sending the product to the seller. Because of the broken product, under the eBay guarantee claim eBay must have to take the whole responsibility for providing the reverse pickup and refund the full amount to satisfied the customer and maintain eBay reputation. I hope that you will take an immediate action on this and would not force the customer to take alternative measures.
