Edeal Date claim opened:[protected] I have purchased a power bank which is defective and suspected to be second hand which your website says to be new one. That power bank takes more than 10 hours to charge the mobile which should have been 1 to 2 hours only. Now ebay tells me to contact to seller or intex service station.Intex service station is 200 km away which is not practical as the cost of product is only rs. 900. I have got a cloth stand from ebay.in one month ago and it arrived with some parts missing. I booked a complaint 15 days ago and still i didnt get any response or refund. Worst ever online shopping.
