respected sir some one stole my card and purchached rs 13499 shopping from e bay on 23 march 2013 between 6 to 7 pm . before e bay would claim that amount from my credit card i told them that this is frood through mail meintion below

the mail provided by bank is as folow

these criminals are not giving my money
