Ebay.in — Guarantee doesnt help me to get the product/money back. | |||||
I bought a TV in 10th June through Ebay and the received product was not working and as per Ebay Guantee procedure i contacted and as per their advise i returned the product. Thu supplier took nearly 20 days to reverse pickup the TV back. After multiple followup with the supplier and Ebay guarantee I was getting different updates and no clear clue what i am going to get back. The customer was trying to cheat me in terms of delaying to return back the TV by saying lots of stories that due to heavy rain he cannot send the material, After that he was saying the material was shipped but the material was misplaced by Courier(Blue Dart) and finally he said he cannot reship due to TV cost is higher now than i purchased, so finally i asked them for return back my money. He was cheating me on different different options that he asked me my Citi back account, I gave him he was saying that he credited the amount. After multiple followup i dont see the amount got created then i contacted the supplier he said the amoutn was return back. Then i Gave my ICICI account and he said the amount was transferred and again after 1 week the aomount was not credited. So again i contacted supplier he said he is going to deposit the cheque, and gave me the cheque no. So was waited one week again nothing happend, finally i asked him that my friend is in Delhi so i will ask him to contact you personally so that he can return money, Then only he credidted the Cash back to my account after deducting 6.5% as ebay commission. The question here is a. Why should i waste 6.5% money b. What way Ebay is concerned about my purchase c. What is the support procedure ebay follows. After multiple followups with Ebay i coundnt get any response, but they promised they will contact after 48 hours but i was not getting any updates. d. for a simple resending material it took 105 days and i didnt get the material and the money i got only after deducting 6.5% e. I wasted lot of time in contacting Ebay support and the Supplier. Can you please help to register a compliant on behalf and i am ready to give any such document / emails and SMS proofs and My mobile bill proof for contacting Ebay / Supplier. Thanks.
