[Resolved] Ebay.in — I havent get refunded of my order which is delivered to me in damaged condition

My claim id is 1340909 and my ebay user id is pankajchauhanpankaj and registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com registered mobile no.is [protected] complaint is regarding a product named nova trimmer price 300rs i want to explain you that this product was delivered as damaged and not working for this i have opened a ebay claim but till now i havnt recieve any call from ebay to approve my refund i also contacted with the seller he also said me to open a ebay guarentee claim the same i have done the trimmer is not working despite of charging it for 6 hours i want the refund in my real mode of payment that was mobikwik wallet..
