[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Item Not Received since 10 days.. Payment already has done through SBI Debit card

I have ordered two items no[protected] and[protected] from ebay.in. It is a very costly product and I have also paid the money through my SBI debit card. But I have not received the item yet as these products crossed 12 days from date of purchase. I have also sent so many mails to the customer care but they did not replied to my queries and I have also sent so many mails to the courier Aramex but they also did not replied to my queries. I am little worried so that I am lodgeing complaint against Ebay.in and Aramex courier. Kindly help me regarding this issue.. My paisa Pay Id of ebay.in is [protected] .
