Dear sir I had booked a mobile phone on date 18 may 2016, item id[protected], from shipper (Ynewism), and paid thru pay paisa id [protected]. The shipper does not pick the phone and the courier company aramex claims that they cannot trace the docket number [protected], they say that it has been lost.
