Dear sir, This is to inform you, I have purchased one Samsung HM1100 BlueTooth Wireless Head (Item code:[protected] on Dated of Purchase:- 27/Oct/2015 from ebay india. Product was delivered on 04/11/2015 to my mentioned address, but when I checked I found product was faulty & broken. So I informed to ebay customer care & they assured me to refund the amount of the head set to my bank account within Seven Working days. But, its almost one month over but still I have not received my amount & ebay had closed my complaint without inform me. However, if the amount does not reflect in your bank account even after the stipulated time, kindly email us the latest bank statement from the date of transaction till date at [protected]@ebay.com, so that we can investigate the matter further.
