[Resolved]  Ebay.in — No response for replace claim raised on ebay site even after 2 weeks

It's been more than two weeks, I have raised the claim for the replacement of product due to size mismatch & there is no response from Ebay support. I tried calling ebay support .. just the music played for 25 mins & still no CSR was assigned. I also tried to reach seller on phone, did not pickup the phone. According to the description item is compatible with all Samsung phones, but it is not so I asked for 5 inch glass instead of 5.2 inch. When I tried email to seller, after two I received the rude email saying it is as per description so there is no question of replacement. This is really pathetic. Ebay needs to upgrade there support as well as seller scrutiny. I even mentioned that package is unbroken as I compared it with my phone without breaking package to notice there is size mismatch.

Thanks for contacting me, Still to be fair to the seller I would prefer the replacement only as its just a size mismatch, but its not available(as per todays call) please take back the product.
