Www.ebay.in Claim ID : 1242255 PaisaPay ID : [protected] Original New LCD Display Touch Screen Digitizer +Assembly for Huawei Honor Holly Item ID:[protected] Buyer: caadarshagrawal Seller: trueshadowtraders Date of purchase : 2nd sep Date of claim : 7th sep I have asked for replacement and further, I have contacted to eBay Customer Care on : 11th Sep 2015 at 11:24am - Got reply that the problem will be resolved in 2 days. 11th Sep 2015 at 1:23pm - Got reply that the problem will be resolved in 2 days. 15th Sep 2015 at 10:34am - Got reply that the problem will be resolved in next 48 Hrs. 17th Sep 2015 at 11:54am - Got reply that the problem will be resolved in next 72 Hrs i.e. on or before 19th Sep. 20th Sep 2015 at 3:50pm - problem srill unresolved - got reply that the refund department will call u in 24 hrs. 22nd Sep 2015 at 10:30 am - again got the same reply that our refund settlement team will contact u in 24 Hrs. 23rd Sep 2015 at 12:42pm - asked for replacement. Got reply that please reship item to sellers address and eBay will send u the shipping address through email and also bear the cost of shipping and will send the link to upload the receipt of shipping. BUT NO EMAIL HAS BEEN RECEIVED EVEN AFTER 48 HRS. Again 24th sep 10:54am - asked for the email that I haven't received. Got the reply that they have no right to send email. Please tell me how will I get refund? Why should I ship the item? Why not the pick up service should be provided by eBay? Logged request on 7th September. It's almost 18 days by ur replies of 24hrs 48 Hrs 72 Hrs etc etc. Just help me get refund my money. Stop this site do that they cannot make money by fooling the customers. CA.
