[Resolved]  Ebay.in — Not Refunding Money

it seems EBay is least bothered about their customers, it’s been more than 10 days i registered my complaint with EBay (Claim ID:706544, PaisaPay ID:[protected], Item number:[protected] reason product is damaged from inside, ) but did not got any response till now, i want resolution in next 48 hours else, I will file a case in CONSUMER COURT for charging money on fake goods, so that no other customers gets punishment for buying goods from eBay and i will discontinue my shopping in future from ebay more over i will discourage my friends and everybody not to use ebay for shoppoing and will share all this on all social networking websites. i will forward this mail to all media house at below mentioned e-mail id's and will share my whole experience with them And i will register FIR against the EBay India Pvt Ltd, R-TECH Park, western Express Highway, Goregaon(East)Mumbai, Dist-Maharasgtra 400063 for fraud and for exploiting/Harassing the customers, if i will not get positive response this time will sure go to consumer court and will send this chain mail to media houses and the High authority of EBAY sitting in USA & UK.
