Ebay.in — Please refund my money

I have placed an order of Samsung Galaxy J5 on 20th August 15. It was supposed to be delivered by 31st August 15. I never received the product. On 31st August I raised a refund request and it is still not dealt with. Claim Id : 1223514. When I call them to check on the status the customer care is very rude and ask to wait 24-48 hours every time I call them. I request Deccan chronicle to help me in this matter.
